FAQs/Policies PRODUCTS All of our products are made of 100% all natural fibers and are hand printed, woven, loomed, knitted, embroidered, etc. Therefore there will be slight variations even imperfections, which show that each piece is a unique piece of art. This is part of the character, beauty and authenticity of our products. We use both color fast, non-polluting, eco friendly dyes and vegetable dyes. FABRIC CARE All of our hand block printed cottons can be machine washed on gentle cycle, separately in cold water and machine dried on low heat or hung to dry, but not in heavy direct sunlight since this will cause fading. Take special care with the quilts not to force them into a machine that is too small. Our hand woven, knitted, loomed cotton, cashmere, or silk products should be dry cleaned. Please contact us with any specific questions or help needed for product care. ORDERING Once you have placed your online order, we will confirm that your order is in stock and it's shipment date via e-mail within 48 hours of the time you placed the order. Please specify any special needs you have with regards to time, gift wrapping, notes, etc. We will be happy to assist in any way. SHIPPING Our shipping rates are based on the following shipping table, which calculates the shipping amount based on the purchase amount. This is for U.S. shipments only. If you would like us to ship overseas, please submit our online inquiry with your contact information and we will be happy to obtain the prices for shipment to your destination.
RETURNS/CREDITS Returns must be received within 15 days of original receipt and are for store credit or exchange only. A refund will only be issued in the case of a truly defective piece.
